Visit Glencar Waterfall

A waterfall to discover after the rain…

Glencar Falls is 11km west of the town of Manorhamilton. It is one of the most impressive waterfalls in County Leitrim, especially after a few showers!

This is where the waterfall discharges its overflow, and the flow can increase in bad weather. The view of the waterfall is remarkable! In any case, the waterfall can be admired in all weathers, and has the advantage of offering a romantic, 100% natural attraction that’s sure to take everyone by surprise!

You can get there via a small wooded path: the walk is superb, as bucolic as you could wish. Don’t hesitate to picnic on site to extend the moment! The area around the waterfall has a number of picnic tables and a practical information kiosk.
