No, you’re not dreaming: the Irish Roadtrip website is currently looking for a Guinness tester.
The offer appeared at the beginning of October and immediately created a buzz. So much so that it received several thousand applications in just a few days!
It has to be said that the position seems more than attractive. The objective? Visit one of Dublin’s many Irish pubs this winter to try… Guinness! Of course, you’ll have to evaluate them according to very precise criteria (over 250 words), and take photos of them! This will enable us to assess the quality of service in each establishment, to determine whether the Guinness has been served according to the rules so dear to the Irish brewery… etc.
If you’re lucky enough to get the job, you’ll be paid €22 an hour. Tested pints will be free of charge.
