Would you like to work on the set of Outlander? With the final season of Outlander in preparation, the show has just launched an extensive call for candidates. The famous series, which stars the great Irish actress Caitriona Balfe as Claire Fraser, has just launched a number of paid positions, also for interns.
It’s official: filming of the final season of Outlander is scheduled for this year. Set in Scotland, it will continue to follow the tumultuous adventures of Claire and Jamie Fraser.
For this project, growers need extra hands. They’re looking for motivated people who can work in different departments: costumes, make-up, sets, special effects, cameras… There’s something for everyone!
These jobs are open to everyone, provided they are at least 18 years old, hold a UK driving license and are currently resident in Scotland. There’s no need for candidates to have specific qualifications: they’ll be trained and supported throughout their experience!
These dream jobs (which are sure to thrill fans of the show) are offered as part of the Outlander training program promoted by Screen Scotland.
Each job (which will be fixed-term) will pay between £558.80 and £635 per week, depending on the position.
Outlander production offers no fewer than 20 places for 20 trainees.
“As an intern on Outlander , you’ll learn from some of the best technical and creative people working in the film and TV industry,” says the job description. The experience of training in a real shooting environment will create a solid platform for our trainees to launch a successful career within this industry.”
