Ingredients

  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or peanut butter)
  • butter (omit if using peanut butter)

Preparation

  • Toast the bread in a toaster, and spread with butter on both sides.
  • Cut the banana into thin slices and place them on the first slice of bread.
  • Close with the second slice of bread.
  • Enjoy hot, sprinkled with a little cinnamon!
