Ireland to experience a two-week heatwave

It’s going to be hot in Ireland! With Irish schoolchildren already back in school, it looks like Ireland is enjoying a real Indian summer.

After the wettest July on record and a particularly disappointing August, Ireland should see a real return to fine weather, with scorching temperatures!

The Met Éireann meteorological service has announced that the whole of the island of Ireland will enjoy plenty of sunshine, with temperatures reaching up to 26°C. Thunderstorms are nevertheless to be feared, given the hot weather.

This fine weather should last until the end of next week. On the agenda: hot weather, punctuated by a few quick showers.

Irish people and local travelers alike should make the most of it, invading the country’s beaches and enjoying the island’s most beautiful natural sites. Take a stroll, eat a delicious meal in the sun facing the ocean and enjoy a beautiful beach or a hike in a national park!
