Good news for travellers: Ryanair will soon be allowing its customers to travel with 2 pieces of hand luggage, at no extra cost. Better still, taxes on the printing of boarding passes booked over the Internet should also be lowered (from €70 to €15 per boarding pass).
These measures should enable the low-cost airline to improve the image of its customer service, often criticized and disparaged by users themselves, who blame its additional taxes and services for rapidly inflating the bill.
“These are the first steps in a series of customer service improvements that Ryanair is actively working on to make our low-cost services easier to access and even more enjoyable for our millions of customers,” said Caroline Green, Director of Customer Relations.
