Passengers on a Ryanair flight thought they were seeing double when complete strangers Neil Thomas Douglas and Robert Stirling found themselves seated next to each other. The two men, perfect strangers to each other, were stunned to realize that they were identical in every way! Perfect look-alikes, creating surprise and amazement on board!
But what are the chances of seeing your perfect double sitting next to you? Such was the experience of two men, who boarded a Ryanair flight bound for Shannon airport in 2015.
Neil Thomas Douglas and his “twin stranger” Robert Stirling found themselves sitting together on the flight and couldn’t believe the resemblance. The two then took a selfie together and a friend of Douglas’ wife posted the image on social networks.

The meeting was incredible… and a little strange too…
Especially when the two look-alikes realized that they had booked their night in the same Galway hotel!
As a result, they decided to celebrate by toasting the meeting together.
Neil declared:
Later that night, I went to the pub and once again there was my twin. Total weirdness. We laughed and had a pint.
Many social media users commented on the uncanny resemblance, calling it “creepy”.
