Galway Hooker Brewery is an Irish micro-brewery based in Oranmore, County Galway. The beers produced here are all artisanal, brewed using the finest ingredients and traditional brewing techniques. Founded by 2 cousins with a passion for producing quality beer, the brewery is now a great success!
The brewery was founded in 2006 by Aidan Murphy and Ronan Brennan, 2 cousins keen to establish a lasting presence in the Irish craft beer market.
They’ve been producing a wide range of beers for years, but the best-known is Galway Hooker Irish Pale Ale, a lager with a reddish-brown accent.
Such is the success of these beers that they are distributed nationally throughout Ireland (in Irish pubs and restaurants, among others).
Please note that the brewery is not open to visitors.
