Louh Eske Castle is a Donegal town castle converted into a 5-star hotel. Set on an estate on the shores of Lough Eske, this renowned hotel has a rich history dating back to the 15th century. You’ll have a wonderful time with our cultural heritage and cosy welcome!
Lough Eske Castle is a medieval castle that once belonged to the O’Donnell clan. With its imposing main tower and breathtaking view over Lough Eske, it boasts a surprising architectural style.
Today, the château has been converted into a 5-star hotel, offering top-of-the-range facilities and services such as a spa and spacious, comfortable rooms with four-poster beds.
Unfortunately, visits to the château and its grounds are only available to hotel guests. But the view from outside the castle is well worth the detour! (The interior has been renovated and detached from its original heritage, with elevators, etc.).
A superb château nonetheless!
