Ireland’s national airline Aer Lingus has just announced two new routes for this winter. The latter two will make it easier for France to link up with the west of Ireland.
Did you know? This year, the famous Wild Atlantic Way celebrates its 10th anniversary! It’s been almost a decade since Irish Tourism came up with the idea of promoting these 2,500km of Atlantic coastline! This is one of the longest oceanic coastal routes in the world. It winds its way along the west coast of Ireland, through some of the most beautiful scenery in the country!
And to mark the occasion, the airline Aer Lingus has come up with the idea of launching two new scheduled flights from France this winter, to connect the Wild Atlantic Way more easily.

These two routes are designed to boost travel between France and Ireland, while highlighting the beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way, its rugged coastline, exceptional ruined castles, megaliths and other major places of interest (including the famous Ring of Kerry).
The route will run from September 22 to January 7, then from March 13 to October 29, 2024, with 2 flights a week on Thursdays and Sundays. Here’s an overview of the schedule:
