Burger in Ireland

Burger in Ireland

An Irish Burger in an Irish Pub - Paul Sherwood [email protected]

When it comes to eating in a hurry or on the go, the Irish, like their Anglo-Saxon counterparts, have no shortage of imagination when it comes to serving simple, effective dishes. The burger is a classic: served in most pubs in Ireland and Northern Ireland, the homemade burger is a pretty good burger to eat, especially when it’s made with fresh local produce…

Tired of traditional fish and chips and Irish stew? The homemade burger may be just the thing to get you off the Irish culinary bandwagon.

Inspired by fast-food hamburgers, these have nothing to envy their neighbors. Because the homemade burger served in the Pubs has an inimitable taste and freshness. This is a gourmet burger, not a fast-food burger… Everything is made by hand, using quality vegetables and produce, right down to the homemade French fries.

The Irish eat it most often with a handful of French fries, often drizzled with ketchup or vinegar (the Irish love slightly acidic flavors!) Expect to pay less than €8 for a dish of this type.

Pubs are generally quite playful, offering customers the chance to put together their own burger by telling the waiter which ingredients they’d like from a list, to create the burger of their dreams. A fun way to get a quality burger to your liking!
