Cream Scones are a variation on traditional scones. They are made with cream and milk, which gives them an inimitable softness! Eat it with a cup of Irish tea!

A typically Anglo-Saxon cake!

Cream scones are no match for traditional scones. Just as tasty, they are usually eaten with butter and jam (or marmalade, as you prefer).

Easy to make, they can be found in most Irish bakeries, at ridiculously low prices (around €1.50 each). They have a lighter taste than a normal scone, and are often easier to digest.

The Irish love them, and eat them for breakfast as well as a snack. It’s a great way to start the day off on the right foot!
