Garlic breaded mussels are an easy, economical dish that’s great for your health! It will allow you to discover Ireland’s maritime terroir and appreciate its finesse and simplicity.

Ingredients

Approx. 50 mussels
breadcrumbs
garlic
butter
Preparation
Brush and clean mussels
Then place them in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes, until they are all open.
Keep only one side of the shell and place the mussels in a dish.
Preheat the oven in grill mode to 230°C.
Melt the butter and mix with the chopped garlic and breadcrumbs.
Place the mixture on each mould (a generous spoonful).
Place in the oven for 8 minutes and serve hot with garlic bread!
