More subtle and refined than traditional chocolate truffles, they combine the indulgence of chocolate with the sweetness of Baileys… The whole thing is then sprinkled with cocoa powder for a more textural effect.

Recipe: Truffles with Baileys
Ingredients
For about twenty truffles
- 30 cl crème fraiche
- 50 g white powdered sugar
- 50 g butter
- 500 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons Bailey’s
- 20 g dark chocolate powder
Preparation
- Mix the cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Take care not to let the whole thing boil over.
- Remove from the heat.
- In the same pan, add the chocolate, butter and Bailey’s. Melt the mixture over medium heat, stirring regularly until smooth.
- Chill for about 1 hour.
- When the time is up, shape the mixture into small balls using a spoon or your hands.
- Place each ball on a plate and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
- Chill your truffles for 1 hour.
- Then you can enjoy them!
