Guinness Storehouse, Dublin’s #1 attraction

A museum at the very heart of Irish culture

You’re in Dublin, you don’t know what to do and it’s pouring outside? A visit to Guinness Storehouse is a must!

Located in the famous Liberties district, the museum offers an insight into the history, heart and soul of Ireland’s most famous beer.

During your visit, you can discover the secrets of the art of brewing, admire an exhibition and film experience dedicated to the advertising history of Guinness, and enjoy a pint in the Gravity Bar while taking in the breathtaking 360-degree view of Dublin.

As well as discovering the fascinating history of Guinness, visitors can also learn about the brand’s recent innovations, such as Guinness Nitro Surge, Guinness Microdraught and Guinness 0.0.

A tourist attraction in perpetual renewal

Among the highlights of 2023 at Guinness Storehouse were the serving of over 1.2 million pints of Guinness to visitors, the certification of 134,494 expert pint pullers, and the completion of seven marriage proposals, all of which were accepted!

These figures underline not only the cultural importance of the site, but also its major interest in the landscape of Irish tourist attractions.

And don’t expect Guinness Storehouse to rest on its laurels! For the year 2024, the establishment intends to multiply its actions to reinforce its attractiveness. Its aim: to capture the attention of visitors and communicate more and more about its famous stout!

Finally, for this new year, Guinness Storehouse has committed itself on another front: that of sustainability, aiming to produce zero landfill waste, use 100% renewable electricity and achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2030. It’s a lovely project, and one that should prove popular with the public, who are increasingly sensitive to the issue of ecology!
