Halloween in Dublin: you’ll be shaking with the Bram Stoker Festival!

Every year, Dublin hosts the much-anticipated “Bram Stoker Festival”, an event dedicated to the famous writer of the same name, renowned for having written the original Dracula novel! And this year, the Irish capital intends to make you tremble with fear! The vampires will be scary, and the night menacing!

The festival will be held over 4 days from October 25 to 28, 2019, and has a packed program of entertainment! For the occasion, the Bram Stoker Festival has thought of adults and children alike, with gothic costumes, “Dracula discos” and a Victorian park open throughout the festivities right next to St Patrick’s Cathedral!

But it’s at sunset that the festival takes on its most terrifying dimension! On the program: dramatic horror plays in empty churches, diabolical gastronomic tours, séances with mediums to contact the dead… Spooky tours of churches and other mysterious places in Dublin’s capital…

And don’t forget “the Night Watch”, a free light show to be held near the docks, on the water of Dublin’s Grand Canal. A scary moment, with music and light, that will plunge you into the heart of a “Halloweenesque” universe.
