If you love fine dining, sharing and conviviality, we’re looking forward to seeing you in Dublin! From June 12 to 15 in Merrion Square, the famous Taste of Dublin gastronomic festival celebrates its 20th anniversary! And it’s going to do it with ambition: on the program are over 18 restaurants, more than 70 signature dishes, cocktails, mocktails, live demonstration workshops… in short, everything you need for an exceptional feast!
It’s hard to leave Taste of Dublin empty-handed! The farmers’ market is full of wonders:
Artisan cheeses, fine charcuterie, bean-to-bar chocolate, coffees from micro-torrefactors.
Organic products, hot sauces, infused vinegars, Irish kombucha… it’s an Ali Baba’s cave for foodies.
Many brands offer tastings and exclusive discounts.
A special “Taste & Shop” area enables visitors to purchase products used in culinary demonstrations.
Each edition of Taste of Dublin is an opportunity to meet some of the biggest names in Irish cuisine, as well as up-and-coming figures on the gastronomic scene. In 2025, look forward to :
Gareth Mullins: the executive chef of Dublin’s Marker Hotel returns with a demonstration focused on sustainable cooking.
Rising star and TV personality Mark Moriarty will deliver a masterclass on simple dishes with explosive flavor.
The Happy Pear, an essential wellness duo, will be offering vegetarian recipes using local ingredients.
Pastry expert Aoife Noonan will share her secrets for modern Irish desserts.
And surprise guests from London, Paris and Barcelona to spice up the edition.
Each demonstration is interactive: ask questions, taste, learn – a true moment of culinary transmission.
Here’s an overview of the program
Starters cost around €30, excluding food. Each dish costs between €7 and €12… which can quickly add up! It’s best to plan for a small budget, or take advantage of the free samples available during culinary classes.
