Devil’s Glen is an Irish waterfall in County Wicklow. Located in the heart of the forest near the village of Ashford, the waterfall is a haven of peace and greenery. Here, the forest is wild, and time passes as the water slides calmly down the cascade…
Devil’s Glen can be reached by following a short, signposted trail through the southern part of the forest. The waterfall is rather cute, but far from impressive. Here, there are no waterfalls several meters high: the waterfall cascades down at a low level, but is still a real feast for the eyes.
Don’t hesitate to go up it: it allows you to make a rather nice stretch of road, a little further up the river.
It’s an ideal spot for a break, a picnic or just a siesta by the water. The forest is pleasant, and you’ll easily find a mossy spot to sit and enjoy the view. In short, a lovely place to take a stroll with family and friends!
