The Dublin Liberties distillery offers you a unique experience: discover Irish whiskey by visiting a state-of-the-art distillery, equipped with ultra-modern equipment, and endowed with ancestral know-how.
Here you can admire their imposing copper stills, the ingredients used to make their beverage, learn about the principles of triple distillation (which gives Irish whiskey its identity), and of course admire the countless maturing casks!
Although only recently opened, Dublin Liberties Distillery is a well-established distillery/museum that has already earned its spurs when it comes to whiskey. It’s made up of a team of enthusiasts who like to pass on their know-how to visitors who come along on a guided tour.
The visit usually ends with a tasting of their whiskeys. An opportunity to learn how to taste Irish whiskey the right way! Of course, you can also take a few bottles home with you: the distillery sells their products on site.
