Visit Mullaghmore Head

A tiny peninsula, facing the tumultuous ocean

Mullaghmore Head is pretty easy to get to. Just follow the N15 to the village of Mullaghmore. Don’t hesitate to push a little further, where nature reclaims its rights and human habitation becomes increasingly rare.

It’s here, at Mullahmore Head, that you can admire one of the most beautiful panoramas in County Sligo. Between cliffs, rocks and green hills plunging into the ocean, it has to be said that the view is pretty spectacular!

Don’t hesitate to take a stroll along the coast: the scenery is ever-changing and majestic. Be careful, however, not to venture too close to the edge: the area is windy, and can be dangerous.
