Powerscourt Waterfall is a beautiful Irish waterfall, located on the grounds of Powerscourt House manor house. This impressive waterfall is considered to be the highest in Ireland (no less than 121 metres above sea level!).

See Powerscourt Waterfall

An impressive waterfall!

The waterfall can be reached by entering the Powerscourt estate (home to a magnificent Paladian manor house and over 19 hectares of land).

A little further on, away from the building, stands the magnificent Powerscourt Waterfall, which at 121 metres, has the merit of impressing its visitors! Don’t hesitate to get up close and admire it! (Mind you, the sea spray does get a bit wet!).

The setting is exceptional, naturally wild and very well preserved. The waterfall largely drains part of the River Dargle, which meanders through the Wicklow mountains. The water is fresh and pure!

A must-see if you love to contemplate nature in all its splendour!
