The National Gallery of Ireland (Ghailearaí Náisiúnta na hÉireann in Irish Gaelic) is a Dublin museum that exhibits the national collection of Irish and European art. Opened in 1854, it didn’t open its doors to the public until ten years later. You’ll come across some of art history’s most important masterpieces. And best of all, admission is free!

The venue also houses many Irish works from the 17th to the 20th century, including a series of rooms dedicated to the paintings of Jack Yeats, as well as other works from the Italian Baroque and the great Dutch masters.
