Among Dublin’s pleasant (but not essential) museums, we recommend the Wax Museum, where you can meet international stars, or rather their wax alter egos! A pretty cool experience if you like the idea of posing next to the world’s greats, without having to ask for their autographs!
Okay, the Wax Museum is similar to most wax museums and has nothing to envy the Musée Grévin in Paris. However, a visit can be a lot of fun, and will allow you to discover the fabulous world of life-size reproduction! You’ll have the chance to cross paths with famous figures from the worlds of politics, show business, sport and history with a capital H: realistic reproductions, always to scale 1!
Each wax sculpture represents several thousand hours of work: all the more reason to admire them and take a selfie with your favorite stars!
Allow around 45 minutes for a tour, plus a small exhibition on the art and craft of working with wax to create these creations. A fun museum that’s sure to please kids!
