Doolin’ is a French band specializing in Irish music. Named in honour of the town of Doolin, this band founded in 2005 is one of the most promising artists of the moment! They are appreciated for their typically Irish tunes and their respect for Irish culture. They promise you a great musical time, and will transport you to the green lands of Ireland!

Their music is strongly influenced by traditional Irish repertoire. Their instruments (guitar, tin whistle, low whistle, fiddle, accordion, bass and bodhràn) are a vibrant echo of Irish culture!
The group soon made a name for itself with its modern and retro songs, performed in French and English.
After a few albums, their success grew: they were called upon to play at prestigious festivals (such as the Festival Interceltique de Lorient), and even opened for big names such as Alan Stivell, Martin Hayes & Dennis Cahill or Mairtín O’Connor & Cathal Hayden.
In 2011, Doolin’ also took part in the French tour of Celtic Legends, a traditional Irish dance show.
They took advantage of the opportunity to play alongside Carlos Nuñez, Dan Ar Braz, and even went to Ireland to play with Sharon Shannon and the band Dervish.
Today, Doolin’s has become a veritable benchmark for Irish music. He is now multiplying his projects and recording sessions, much to the delight of aficionados of the genre!
