A taste of Irish whiskey steaks

Perfectly flavoured meat!

Beef, when flavored with Irish whiskey, is one of Ireland’s most popular gourmet dishes! It’s very popular, making fine, flavorful steaks that require very little preparation time!

When it comes to choosing your whiskey, you have carte blanche. However, avoid whiskeys over 10 years old: it would be a shame to use them for cooking…

As a side dish, don’t hesitate to serve the steaks with French fries, potatoes or peas for a touch of freshness.
