An island surrounded by Strangford Lough

Mahee Island is located on Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland.
To get there, all you have to do is drive along Ringneill road and then Reagh Island road.
These routes will take you from island to island until you reach Mahee Island.
Its geographical location makes it a magical place, whose environmental diversity attracts thousands of visitors every year!
On the island, you can walk, stroll, take photos or play golf at one of the island’s clubs!
It’s a very pleasant route, and well worth the detour!
And don’t miss the Nendrum Monastery: said to have been built in the 5th century, it was abandoned 10 centuries later.
Its ruins make it one of the most popular tourist sites on Mahee Island!
