A busy tourist week in mid-August 2025

Oasis fans are in an uproar. The band has announced that it will perform in Ireland on August 16 and 17, 2025, in Dublin’s Croke Park stadium. An eventful tour, where fans almost had to fight to get their tickets! From now on, the lucky ones who managed to get their pass are concentrating on organizing their future stay.

Flight, ferry and hotel bookings to Ireland soared by nearly +2,838%. % on the day the dates were announced!

It seems that the craze is spreading to music lovers all over Europe, with the Spanish, British, Germans and French seemingly the most interested in the event!

This is a godsend for Ireland, and especially for Dublin, which will be able to make the concert profitable by taking advantage of the tourist impact generated.

Restaurants, hotels and attractions will be able to fill up.

Starting with the city’s must-see establishments, such as the Guinness Storehouse, a museum dedicated to the glory of Ireland’s most famous beer, or Trinity College and its old library, considered a national treasure.

Oasis is sure to boost Dublin’s tourist numbers in August.

So a word of advice: if you’re planning to visit at this time of year, don’t hesitate and book your flights and accommodation quickly… or risk finding most offers sold-out before their time!
