Comptoir Irlandais invites you to travel through its stores for an original discovery of products from Ireland, Scotland, England and the Celtic countries.
After opening its first store in 1987 in the port of Brest, the brand quickly expanded to Quimper, then Nantes and Rennes, to reach 45 stores in France in 2016.
Through its delicatessen, whisky, spirits and beer cellar, textiles and gifts, Le Comptoir Irlandais offers a wide selection of its favorite products. The brand has privileged relationships with Irish manufacturers and regularly unearths authentic new products, such as the Follain Irish jam factory located deep in County Cork.
All year round, you’ll find sweet and savoury treats, marmalades and jams, HP, Marmite or Piccalilli sauces, and tea in countless flavours… If you want to extend the trip into the morning, you can order fresh produce, including bacon and sausages typical of the Anglo-Saxon breakfast delivered once a month, accompanied by top-quality Irish salmon.
La Cave à Whisky offers a benchmark selection of 600 whiskies in all price ranges. A cellar full of the finest Irish whiskeys, as well as whiskies from Scotland, Japan, Brittany and American Bourbons. Irish beer also has its place in a store that represents the home of Guinness.
At Comptoir Irlandais, you’ll also find traditional Irish sweaters from the Aran Islands, now available in a wide range of shapes and palettes, as well as fine lambswool sweaters, Merino scarves, woollen hats, tweed caps and polo shirts from the world of rugby…
Each month, the brand offers a themed selection: St. Patrick’s Day in March, Whisky Month in June, Lambswool Month… and invites you to discover the great Anglo-Saxon classics and new releases.
