Located on the famous and highly-touristy Dingle Peninsula is Inch Beach, a gigantic Irish beach that’s a pleasure to stroll on. The sight is simply fascinating: stretching for several kilometers, the beach changes color according to the weather and the waves… Fine sand soaked by the tides, turquoise water turning to deep blue… This beach is above all a unique place for walkers and surfers. A must-do.

Inch Beach is THE beach for surfers, campers and other wilderness enthusiasts. Far from being small: you’ll need to walk a little on the sand to get your feet wet: Inch Beach is long and wide, so you won’t have the unpleasant feeling of being on a crowded beach.

Inch Beach is located in Dingle Bay. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the small villages of the Peninsula.

Whatever the weather, the beach is ideal for a picnic, a siesta in the sun or a swim. Surfers will love the spot: the beach is renowned for its waves and rollers.

Easy parking available in a small, free parking lot upstream. Don’t forget your towel, and who knows… your sun cream!
