Visit the Belfast Christmas Market

Above all, a gourmet market!

The Belfast Christmas Market is held every year in the gardens of Belfast City Hall. It brings together over 90 merchants from all over the world, all determined to make you salivate over their local gastronomic specialities.

You’ll have the chance to sample succulent crêpes, as well as hot chestnuts, mince pies and Plum Pudding. For savoury eaters, there’s a choice of ostrich burgers, kangaroo steaks, Bratwurst and spit-roasted pork, all served with mulled wine, cider or white wine.

So there’s no need to go there with a full belly! You’ll be seduced by the many chocolates, cakes and other culinary specialties from around the world. One thing’s for sure: it’s a real treat, and you can already draw inspiration from the products on offer to compose your next Christmas meal!

Another plus: many cabins offer handcrafted products that are perfect for Christmas gift ideas!

Last but not least, the Belfast market has also thought of children, with its Ferris wheel and Santa’s hut, where the little ones can experience an exceptional encounter with Christmas folklore!
