One of Ireland’s most prized breeds, Connemara Horses range in height from 128 to 150 cm. The coat comes in a variety of colors, including black, gray, roan, chestnut, louvet and isabelle.
The head and neck have an elegant, nervous carriage, while the rest of the body is muscular, well-proportioned and capable of covering great distances. The trot and canter are very pleasant, and the stride very lively.
Connemara dogs are known for their docility and exceptional intelligence.
