Recipe: The Glazed loin of bacon

Ingredients

  • 500g ribs
  • 100g brown sugar
  • a dozen cloves
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 240°C.
  • Mix the sugar and pineapple juice in a bowl. The mixture should be syrupy and thick.
  • Brush the mixture over the meat and rind.
  • Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes, basting the meat regularly with its juices.
  • Serve hot, with a few deglazed carrots and a potato.
  • Enjoy your meal!
