The group’s former distillery was recently converted into a veritable museum, attracting thousands of tourists every year.
There’s a superb exhibition dedicated to the art of distilling. You’ll see the stills and learn the secrets of traditional whiskey-making in Midleton.
The museum is quite nice, and will tell you all about the merits of Irish whiskeys. You’ll even get a short presentation on each of the spirits produced there…
Not forgetting, of course, the possibility of buying them on the spot in a shop, and tasting them in a bar located in the old distillery itself.
