Located in Banbridge, 45km south of Belfast, the Linen Mill film studios reveal their greatest secrets! Visitors will be able to step inside the series’ major studios, and rediscover the locations where the legendary scenes were shot!

And for an even better experience, you can walk through the sets, admiring the costumes, weapons, jewelry, make-up… and all the subtleties that have made the Iron Throne series such a success.

After all, it was here, in the Linen Mills studios, that the series was based. Although the show has been filmed in a number of countries (including Spain and Croatia), the series has always kept its feet firmly planted in Northern Ireland… and has even made a few outdoor jaunts on Northern Irish soil! Dunluce Castle, Dark Hedges Lane and Ward Castle were used for some scenes.

It has to be said that the Northern Irish province has always been considered an essential place of pilgrimage for fans. Indeed, the region was the epicenter of many of Game of Thrones’ great scenes.
