It’s the perfect place to follow in the footsteps of Ireland’s greatest singers and musicians! The Irish Rock ‘N’ Roll Museum Experience is a museum entirely dedicated to famous stars such as U2, Van Morrison, Rory Gallagher, Phil Lynott, Sinéad O’Connor…. and many other bands like the Pogues!

This museum is actually a recording studio still in operation, which has decided to open its doors to visitors. And it’s worth the detour!

The tour follows a well-oiled rhythm, with visits to the recording studios, exhibitions of guitars belonging to the greatest Irish artists, and a short documentary retracing the history of Irish music and its international success… Then it’s on to the Wall of Fame, a wall in the middle of the Temple Bar that pays tribute to the biggest names in Irish rock… Bono, Christy Moore, Shane McGowan… It’s a kind of spiritual altar where the greatest fans come to pay homage to the artists, living and dead, who have left their mark on Ireland and the whole world.

It’s the ideal place to indulge yourself and discover or rediscover the greatest pieces of Irish musical history… It has to be said that the place is teeming with anecdotes of all kinds! Even today, it welcomes artists from all walks of life!

It was here, in these studios, that Rihanna recorded “Love The Way You Lie”. Not to mention other great artists such as Def Leppard and Ray La Montagne, all of whom came to record at least one track in these legendary studios.

The tour is brilliant, and you leave with a head full of music. I also feel as if I’ve been on a par with some of the world’s greatest artists. A nice, slightly euphoric feeling that’s well worth the effort.
