Dublin’s Sciences Gallery is a science museum located at Trinity College in the Irish capital. Opened in 2008, the ultra-modern building offers a wide range of scientific and sensory experiences that will leave a lasting impression on your visit to Dublin!
Dublin’s Sciences Gallery is housed in Trinity College’s Naughton Institute. Unmistakable with its all-glass facade, the facility offers exhibitions, lectures and visitor experiences that let you try out the theories presented. Some of them have the merit of being rather strange and playful!
But the center is also a place where science meets art: you’ll be able to enjoy art exhibits directly related to science: a pretty cool experience, which should appeal not only to scientists, but also to fans of bold, contemporary artistic creations!
Unlike most science centers, Dublin’s Sciences Gallery has no permanent collection. It tends to offer between 4 and 6 temporary exhibitions each year, to avoid monotony. Great, then, if you want to revisit the center after several stays!
The icing on the cake: access to the Sciences Gallery is free and open to all!
Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
