Every year, the Irish capital organizes the New Year’s Festival of Dublin, a 3-day celebration of the coming New Year. An eventful time, always eagerly awaited for its “Procession of Light” or “Parade of Lights”. This event consists of illuminating the city’s greatest monuments with 3D projections. The result is magnificent and surprising!

Dublin’s Procession of Light is simply an opportunity to rediscover Dublin’s buildings from a more contemporary angle. Bright colors, projected messages, animations of all kinds: it’s a sight worth seeing!

The event is free: just stroll through the town to discover these little nuggets! Trinity College, the Four Courts and the General Post Office on O’Connell Street are just some of the iconic locations.
