A group of whiskey production experts, who were able to combine McGregor’s ambitions with their distilling skills.
The project soon got off the ground. It produces a powerful, well-balanced whiskey. A surprising blend of Irish single malt and grain whiskey… all distilled three times (Irish tradition obliges). A beverage of pure Irish tradition.
The whole is then aged in American oak barrels (previously used for bourbon). After 3 years’ storage, the result is a balanced, powerful and fruity whiskey. Hints of vanilla, honey and toasted wood. A delightful combination that has quickly won over whiskey lovers of all kinds!
And let’s face it: success has been dazzling. Le Proper No. Twelve has quickly become one of the top 3 Irish whiskeys produced worldwide. Good to know: the beverage has been named Proper No. Twelve in homage to the Crumlin district of Dublin 12, where Conor McGregor was born and raised. The famous fighter has always shown his attachment to his origins. Despite his success, he’s always reminded that he comes from a small part of Dublin. A way for him to pay tribute to his roots, and show the Irish that he hasn’t forgotten where he comes from!
