Recipe: Bacon fried cabbage

Ingredients

  • 300 g bacon slices
  • 1 green cabbage
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  • Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crisp.
  • Set the cooked bacon aside on a plate, reserving the juices.
  • Wash and chop the kale.
  • Sauté the cabbage in the cooking juices for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat. Stir regularly.
  • Add the bacon and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
