Molly Gallivan’s Cottage & Traditional Farm (also Molly Gallivan’s Visitor Centre) is a 200-year-old Irish farmhouse. Here, you can discover the farm (run as it was in the old days), taste the local produce, and relax on the farm for a cup of tea. An incredible journey back in time!

A farm with over 200 years of history!

Molly Gallivan’s farm is a traditional working farm, which has taken on the challenge of maintaining its operations using old-fashioned techniques. Open to visitors, it can be conceived as a museum in its own right, taking you to the heart of the daily life of Irish farmers 2 centuries ago. Fascinating, you’ll discover the farming equipment of the time, the breeding methods used, and the history of Molly Gallivan’s farm.

You’ll receive a warm welcome, and have the chance to get up close and personal with the animals, as well as taste some of the farm’s products. There’s also a tearoom specially set up for visitors, where you can relax and enjoy a cup of Irish tea.

The farm often organizes traditional evenings and meals, with Irish music and a good-natured atmosphere. It’s just one more way to enjoy an authentic, rustic evening!
