Recipe: Smoked Irish salmon rillettes

Ingredients

  • 6 slices smoked Irish salmon
  • 180g cream cheese
  • a packet of crackers
  • 2 shallots
  • dill
  • juice of half a lime
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  • Mix the salmon with the fromage frais.
  • Add the chopped shallots and lemon juice to the mixture.
  • Add chopped dill, salt and pepper.
  • Blend again and chill.
  • Enjoy on crackers. (Do not refrigerate longer than 2 days).
