A unique piece, presenting the history of the Claddagh ring

The Claddagh Ring Museum is located on Quay Street, right in Galway city center. Unmistakable with its bright red facade and yellow door, it opens onto a unique (admittedly rather tiny), but remarkably interesting room.

The program includes rings, writings and objects that will help you discover the legend of Claddagh, and the origin of this ring so dear to the Irish heart.

You’ll learn all you need to know about the meaning of this jewel, and even have the chance to buy some for yourself or your loved one at the museum. Don’t hesitate to ask the museum manager any questions you may have: he’s got a lot to say on the subject!

It’s a great way to get to know the subtleties of Irish culture and take home a souvenir of your trip to Ireland!
