A unique experience to smell and taste the best of Cork cuisine!

This tour is aimed above all at gourmets and taste adventurers. The tour usually starts at 11:00 am on Cornmarket Street and finishes around 3:30 pm.

The program is simple: your guide will take you on a journey through time and Irish culture, discovering Cork’s various food import and export markets.

It’s an opportunity to discover the town’s history, explore its streets and, of course, taste the best of the town’s produce! Among the various tastings, you’ll have the chance to try Cork’s artisanal sweets, discover its coffee and Irish traditions…

Then it’s on to English Market, a world-renowned local market where local vendors charm visitors with products that are hard to resist! You’ll learn all about how they make cheese, jams, chocolates, sausages and savouries, all produced on local farms and in local kitchens.

Try oysters, smoked salmon and shrimp fresh off the boats at O’Connell’s, the local fishmongers!

The tour ends with a light lunch in one of the city’s many gourmet pubs or restaurants, accompanied by a local beverage if you like!
