The Burren’s gastronomic itinerary links no fewer than 22 local establishments and producers, renowned for the quality of their expertise. The program is all about good food! Smoked salmon, lamb, pork, oysters, breads, cheeses, organic vegetables, beers, whiskeys… There’s something for everyone, and you’ll have the chance to sample some of the best-known local specialities!
The circuit also offers themed gastronomic events every Monday from May to October. An opportunity to discover Irish know-how in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
